Recently, we completed a project at Kyle Bay, a stunning deep waterfront property that was designed and styled by the award-winning interior design firm Greg Natale Design.
The building experience was both challenging and rewarding. From the initial design consultation to the final walkthrough, we worked closely with the client and the Greg Natale Design team to ensure every detail of the home was executed to perfection. The site presented some unique challenges, as it was located on a steep slope that required careful construction to ensure the stability of the structure.

The home features multiple outdoor living spaces, including multiple balconies and a stunning pool and spa that appears to spill directly into the bay.
